Harford County has been in need of a store like Lean Kitchen for quite some time, and I'm absolutely thrilled that the owners have brought it to us! The scarcity of healthy options has always been a challenge, and this place is a game-changer. I am completely obsessed with their protein bites, and every dish they offer is absolutely delicious. Whether it's stopping by for a quick and nutritious lunch or stocking up on those busy days when meal prep just isn't an option, Lean Kitchen has got it all. An outstanding addition to the community! Oh. My. Deliciousness. Every meal I've tried so far is AMAZING! Meatball mac & cheese and Sriracha chicken and asparagus are my favorite so far. And the muscle bites....🤤🤤🤤 The grab and go containers are correctly portioned out and all the nutritional information along with the ingredient list is on there, which I love! Super convenient, too! There are even high protein snacks in there, a bunch of different energy drinks, and supplements as well. Great place for my nutritional needs, it's like an all in one shop!
All the meals were fresh and obviously scratch-made. The bacon chicken wrap was bursting with flavor and freshness. I grabbed two more varieties of chicken dishes for later and they were fantastic. The carrot fries were grilled: crunchy and super unique. The brownie bites were unreal, moist light with real cocoa, super-delicious. The meals are in high-quality packaging for grab go and heat at office or home etc time-saving advantage. The prices were quite reasonable. A great find. There's nothing like this in the area. You've got some prepared meal places around but they tend to be just like they sound ''PREpared food.'' Here the food is completely fresh. 5 Stars.
Excellent food. My husband uses this service weekly for meal prep, food variety and health/nutrition. Staff is wonderful. It's convenient. Takes the stress and time of having to meal prep at home off my hands. Delivery service is available. Can't say enough about Lean Kitchen Bel Air.
This place was highly recommended from several people and had their muscle bites at a 5k recently. I will definitely be returning for more meal prep. The sweet potato muffins and breakfast bowl 10/10!!
Tried out Lean Kitchen a few days ago and I surely was not disappointed! They have SO many options, it was hard to choose. But everything that I have tried so far has been AMAZING! The cheeseburger bowl and the honey mustard chicken wrap are 10/10. These meals are so filling, convenient, and delicious. I can’t wait to make this a part of my weekly routine
